We are seeking motivated, results-driven Commission-Based Real Estate Consultants to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will connect investors and end-users with off-plan properties, guide clients through the full buying and selling journey, and capitalize on Dubai's thriving real estate market.
This role is ideal for sales professionals who thrive in a high-performance, commission-focused environment and are eager to grow their personal brand and income.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and verify property information to meet advertising and listing guidelines
Organize and coordinate media content for property marketing
List, advertise, and promote properties across company platforms and portals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, developers, and service providers
Generate new clients through the company CRM and existing client database
Organize valuations, property inspections, and attend client viewings
Provide expert advice on off-plan market properties, including pricing, payment plans, developer reputation, and ROI
Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, regulations, and new project launches
Conduct property presentations, attend launches, and represent the company at real estate events
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams across multiple office locations in Dubai
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
