Key Responsibilities
Actively generate and manage leads to convert them into clients.
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on buying, selling, or investing in real estate.
Conduct property viewings, prepare offers, and negotiate deals to close successful transactions.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry professionals.
Stay up to date with local market trends, listings, and competition.
Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, customer service, and legal for a seamless client experience.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions using CRM systems.
Requirements
Language Skill:
Must be fluent in English.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales
Sales Skills:
Strong client development and relationship management skills; ability to assess client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Negotiation Skills:
Proven ability to close deals through effective negotiation and communication.
Professionalism:
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Technology:
Familiarity with real estate CRMs, online listing platforms, and digital communication tools.
