We are a well-established real estate firm with over 4 years of successful presence in the Dubai market. We are currently seeking

experienced Real Estate Agents

who are willing to join our company on a

commission-only

basis. We're looking for motivated professionals who are committed, knowledgeable, and eager to grow both personally and alongside the company.

Our base commission structure is 50-50

What We're Looking For:

Experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan preferred) Strong market understanding and communication skills Professional, driven, and growth-oriented mindset Ability to manage clients and close deals independently preferably
