Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent Cold Caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients, nurturing leads, and setting appointments for our real estate agents. Your primary goal will be to generate new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of our real estate agency. Key Responsibilities: Cold Calling: Make a high volume of cold calls to potential clients, leads, and prospects within the designated target market. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through calls, evaluating their real estate needs, and gauging their interest in our services. Database Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of all calls, leads, and interactions in our CRM system. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our real estate agents based on leads\' availability and interest. Follow-Up: Conduct timely and effective follow-up calls to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel. Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the local real estate market, property listings, and industry trends to provide valuable information to potential clients. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service during interactions, addressing questions and concerns professionally.
