About the Role:

- Work with ready properties in the secondary market

- Handle the full sales process from initial contact to closing deals

- Manage client relationships and understand their property needs

- Conduct property viewings and assist in negotiations

- Stay informed on current market trends and pricing

Requirements:

- Real estate experience highly preferred

- Sales experience is a must

- Strong communication& negotiation skills are must

- Multilingual speakers (Russian, European, Chinese, Korean, Japanese). English natives are also welcome

- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and documentation

- Ability to negotiate and work with clients

- Fluency in English is mandatory
