Responsibilities
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on buying, selling, or renting.
Negotiate offers and close property deals in compliance with RERA regulations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai property trends, communities, and legal frameworks.
Build and manage a pipeline of high-net-worth clients and investors.
Prepare contracts, agreements, and ensure proper documentation for transactions.
