sales recruiter
to help us expand our unique 100% commission real estate agent platform. Your role is to identify, contact, and
convince experienced real estate agents
in Dubai to join our firm on a
monthly subscription basis
-- giving them full control of their earnings.

Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to active and former real estate agents across Dubai via phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and in-person
Pitch the
100% commission model
effectively, highlighting income freedom and platform benefits
Book and conduct discovery calls or meetings to answer questions and handle objections
Close new sign-ups on monthly subscription plans (Basic, Premium, etc.)
Track pipeline and follow-up regularly to increase conversion
Coordinate onboarding handover with admin for RERA card, listing access, etc.
Meet monthly sign-up targets to earn commissions
What You Should Bring:
1-2 years of experience in real estate, telesales, or agent recruitment in the UAE
Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills
Understanding of Dubai real estate agent pain points (commissions, support, freedom)
Fluent in English
Tech-savvy with CRM and WhatsApp tools
Self-motivated and target-driven
