Job Description
Downtown Realty is seeking passionate and driven individuals eager to become top-tier real estate professionals.
In this role, you will:
Proactively prospect and qualify potential clients through various channels. Conduct property viewings and showcase properties effectively to generate interest. Manage a portfolio of assigned properties, including maintaining listings and coordinating maintenance. Negotiate deals to secure mutually beneficial agreements for both clients and the company. Stay updated on market trends and regulations in Dubai's real estate industry. Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues to foster a positive and collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate sales and/or property management Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong negotiation abilities and a results-oriented attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market is a plus Fluency in English is required, other languages such as Spanish, German, Dutch, French, Russian or Chinese are highly valued assets.
