Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the Dubai property market. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting processes while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored property recommendations. Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about properties.
2. Market Research:

Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and neighborhood dynamics in Dubai. Analyze market data to advise clients on pricing strategies.
3. Property Listings:

Create and manage property listings on various platforms. Use marketing strategies to promote properties effectively (e.g., social media, online listings, open houses).
4. Negotiation:

Negotiate purchase agreements, lease contracts, and other terms on behalf of clients. Provide guidance on making competitive offers and counteroffers.
5. Documentation:

Prepare and review all necessary documentation for transactions, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Assist clients with the completion of paperwork and provide guidance throughout the process.
6. Networking:

Build a network of contacts within the real estate industry, including developers, landlords, and other agents. Attend industry events and workshops to enhance professional knowledge and connections.
7. Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying or renting process. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in Dubai. Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and local regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using real estate software and online listing platforms. Strong negotiation and sales skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid UAE driver's license and own vehicle preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:

Real estate license or certification in Dubai is a plus. Experience in commercial real estate is advantageous.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
