Key Responsibilities
Advise and guide clients--buyers, sellers, and investors--on real estate opportunities across Dubai.
Conduct property viewings, handle negotiations, and manage end-to-end sales transactions.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust, integrity, and exceptional service.
Stay informed on the latest Dubai real estate trends, market movements, and pricing strategies.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Deliver outstanding client experiences that reinforce the company's reputation for excellence.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience
(any industry): Candidates will undergo a 2-month probation period.
Additional Requirements:
Valid UAE driving license (essential for client viewings and property tours).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and within a team.
Excellent customer service mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
Preferred Skills
In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, laws, and regulations.
Fluency in
English
is required; proficiency in any other languages is an advantage.
