Key Responsibilities
Handle daily
office administration and coordination
Manage
emails, phone calls, and correspondence
Prepare and maintain
contracts, forms, and client files
Coordinate with
brokers, developers, and external parties
Assist with
property listings, documentation, and portals
Maintain
records, databases, and filing systems
Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Support management with
reports and documentation
Handle
basic accounts follow-ups
and office supplies
Liaise with
government portals
(DLD, Trakheesi, Bayut, Property Finder, etc.)
Requirements & Skills
Female candidate preferred
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in real estate administration (preferred)
Good knowledge of
Dubai real estate procedures
Proficient in
MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Strong
communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Professional appearance and attitude
Language
English (mandatory)
Arabic (advantage)
