We're a dynamic and fast-paced real estate firm seeking a
proactive and reliable Executive Assistant
to support our CEO and provide full administrative support -- only 2 hours a day, but your impact will be big.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Listings Management:
Post and update listings on portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder)
CRM Management:
Update, organize, and maintain client databases and leads
Client KYC:
Collect, verify, and file all client documents for compliance
Administrative Back Support:
Prepare, organize, and maintain real estate forms (MOUs, listing agreements, etc.)
Coordinate with developers for new project info and registration
Assist with Trakheesi permits and listing approvals (if experienced)
Maintain filing systems (digital & physical) and respond to admin-related tasks as needed
You Must Be:
Experienced
in real estate admin (at least 1-2 years)
Proficient in
Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Docs, and CRM platforms
Knowledge of
property portals
and
Trakheesi system
is a plus
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
