Experienced in handling CRM systems and monitoring online property advertisements.
Maintain property listings (Property finder, Dubizzle, Bayut).
Capable of processing property permits and broker IDs through Trakheesi.
Familiar with real estate documentation and forms (Form A, B, F, and I) as well as related applications.
Agent Contract Transfers: Coordinate and facilitate contract transfers between agents.
Tenancy Contract & Addendum Preparation: Draft and finalize tenancy contracts and addendums as required.
A-to-A Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain A-to-A agreements and related documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Smart, well-presented, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
A dedicated team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
Strong research, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Able to provide comprehensive office and operational support to the team.
Capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
