We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Administrator, as the primary point of contact between management and internal/external clients, proficient in handling a wide range of administrative tasks effectively in real estate.
Qualifications:
Expert in creating, Dubai Land Department Contract A, B and F, Tenancy Contract, Ejari Registration, NOC, administering CRM portals such as Profolio, Dubizzle and Expert PF.
Proven experience in real estate administration or a related field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence promptly.
Manage requests and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Utilize expert-level proficiency in MS Office suite applications.
Conduct thorough marketing research to support decision-making.
Skillfully manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Demonstrate excellent English communication skills, maintaining a smart and professional demeanor.
Stay well-informed to provide up-to-date information and support.
