Real Estate Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks in a busy real estate office
Maintain and update property listings (website, marketing platforms)
Coordinate showings, appointments, and open houses
Prepare real estate documents, forms, and contracts
Communicate with clients, agents, inspectors, lenders, and title companies
Track deadlines and ensure all transaction paperwork is complete and compliant
Maintain client database (CRM) and track leads/follow-ups
Provide general office support and ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
Prior administrative experience (real estate industry preferred)
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, Bayut, DocuSign, etc.)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
High attention to detail
Real estate license is a plus but not required
