Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Administration / Real Estate Operations
Key Responsibilities
:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations.
Maintain and update property listings on portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder).
Handle documentation, contracts, tenancy agreements, and Ejari registration.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and property viewings for agents.
Monitor and renew Trakheesi permits and RERA forms.
Assist in preparing marketing materials (property brochures, listings).
Manage CRM database, leads, and inquiries.
Liaise with clients, landlords, and government departments (DLD, RERA, etc.).

Experience
:
1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Dubai's real estate sector.
Skills
:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Masterkey, PropSpace) is a plus.
Familiar with Dubai Land Department, Trakheesi, and RERA systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Education
:
High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Other Requirements
:
Presentable and professional demeanor.
UAE residency or ability to obtain a visa.
Knowledge of document clearance, DED license renewals, and visa processing is an advantage (for admin cum PRO roles).
