Excellent verbal and writing Communication skills. Property listings & management on Bayut, PF, and Social Media Managing DLD systems i.e. Tarakhesi, Form A,B,F Preparing Contracts Handle invoicing, billing, and processing payments. Assist clients with inquiries and provide information on properties. Developer Registrations and coordination Customer Services Cold Calling to leads Sales Coordination
Skills

Must have 2 years experience in similar role Social Media Skills & Content Writing Excellent communication Skills Can do attitude Independently time management Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire real estate transaction process. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the real estate team, including agents, brokers, and managers. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries. UAE driving license is preferred Multiple languages is preferred
