Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage tenancy contracts, listings, and property documents.
Upload and update properties on online portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.).
Coordinate with agents, owners, and tenants for viewings and paperwork.
Maintain accurate filing systems, reports, and transaction records.
Support management with reports, data entry, and client communication.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of real estate or administrative experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of MS Office and online listing platforms.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate procedures (Tawtheeq) is an advantage.
