to support our property management and sales operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate administration, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with property documentation and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for real estate and property management operations.
Prepare and process tenancy contracts, Ejari, Tawtheeq, and related government documents.
Maintain property listings, tenancy records, and lease renewals.
Coordinate with agents, landlords, tenants, and government departments (Municipality, DCD, etc.).
Assist with marketing property listings across online platforms.
Handle inquiries, schedule property viewings, and maintain follow-ups.
Manage payments, receipts, and related documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local real estate regulations.
Provide general administrative support to the real estate and operations team.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in a real estate administrative role (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of
Tawtheeq
,
Ejari
,
DCD
, and other real estate processes in the UAE.
Proficiency in
MS Office
,
CRM systems
, and property management software.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Fluency in
English
(Arabic is an advantage).
Must be
currently based in Abu Dhabi
or willing to relocate.
