Job Responsibilities:

Assisting real estate agents with paperwork and administrative tasks
Managing and organizing real estate documents, including contracts and leases
Write, edit, and draft letters, addendums, and real estate contracts.
Communicating with clients and other parties involved in real estate transactions
Serve as the customer interface between the management and internal/external clients.
Updating and maintaining real estate databases and systems
Manage CRM and Leads
Make reports, presentations, and Keeping an eye on the inventory for renewals, sales, and rentals.
Gather, organize, and finalize documents for office records.
Create and keep the office filing system up to date.
Appropriately respond to inquiries and requests
Handling other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Strong marketing research abilities
Provides extensive office and operational support
Completely up-to-date on all related online property portals
Good understanding with all real estate-related forms (Forms A, B, F and I, etc.)
Business communications/Office Management
Working under time constraints
Organizational skills
Has prior experience of handline CRM

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
