Job Summary

:

The Real Estate Accountant will be responsible for managing the financial records and transactions related to Al Haramain Properties' real estate portfolio. Duties include preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and real estate regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate financial statements and accounting reports for multiple real estate properties. Analyze property income, expenses, rental and leasing operations, and provide clear financial insights. Manage accounts payable by processing vendor invoices and ensuring timely payments. Oversee accounts receivable including tenant payments and collection follow-ups for overdue accounts. Develop budgets and financial forecasts to guide property performance and investment decisions. Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, real estate laws, and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate closely with property managers, legal teams, and other stakeholders on financial matters. Conduct audits and reconcile financial discrepancies related to real estate operations. Stay current with industry trends and best practices affecting real estate finance.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience (2-5 years) in accounting with a focus on real estate or property management. Proficient knowledge of accounting software and financial reporting standards. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in real estate financial management. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
