Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Real Estate Agent specializing in rentals
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local rental market, excellent client relationship skills, and a passion for helping clients find their perfect home.Key Responsibilities:
Source and manage rental properties, including apartments and villas. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Conduct property viewings and negotiate rental agreements. Keep up-to-date with market trends and rental pricing. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate rentals (preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong customer service orientation. Knowledge of the local rental market. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Driving license is a must
