In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for expanding our client base and strengthening relationships with real estate agencies and property developers. Your expertise in our platform will be key to helping clients maximize their business potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Actively seek out and engage with new clients to promote our property portal services.
Client Consultation: Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to help clients achieve their business goals.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding clients on how to effectively use our platform and its features.
Performance Reporting: Track and report on sales activities and outcomes on a daily and weekly basis.
Requirements:
Essential: A valid UAE driver's license is mandatory.
Experience: Previous sales experience is required, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of property portals and the local real estate market.
Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
