Position Title: R&D Packaging Engineer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation or live-out allowance

About the Client:
A UAE-based company and one of the largest paint manufacturers in the Middle East, offering a wide range of decorative, industrial, marine, powder, and eco-friendly coatings.
:
- Design, develop, and test packaging solutions, including prototypes and full-scale manufacturing, ensuring protection, appeal, and user experience while meeting quality and safety standards.
- Lead packaging innovation and sustainability initiatives by selecting eco-friendly materials, reducing waste, and improving processes through automation and continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to align packaging with product requirements, brand standards, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery of materials.
- Manage packaging development lifecycle including risk assessments, validation planning, root cause analysis, documentation, and stakeholder reporting.
