The Role

Position Title:

R&D Executive - Paints and Chemical Manufacturing Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 6.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: RAK, UAE About the Client: A group of company serving high-performance industrial coatings, specializing in automotive, construction, and transport sectors. : o Select appropriate raw materials and apply formulation knowledge to develop coil coating systems that meet defined product specifications and customer performance requirements. o Conduct paint formulation, laboratory testing, performance evaluation, and data analysis with a high level of technical rigor. o Accurately document experimental results, maintain lab notebooks, and prepare technical reports and presentations to support internal reviews or customer discussions. o Expand technical and market knowledge related to coil coating technologies and their applications across relevant industries



Requirements

Overseas candidates are highly prioritized; Open to Asian nationals preferably 30 years old and below o Must have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Paint Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field; certifications in coatings formulation or analytical techniques are a plus. o At least 2 years of relevant experience in R&D or a technical role within coil coatings, industrial coatings, or chemical manufacturing. o Hands-on experience in raw material evaluation, formulation development, lab testing, and application methods.
