RCM Supervisor

to oversee and optimize our revenue cycle operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key leadership role in a dynamic and growing organization.

About the Role:

As an RCM Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of our entire revenue cycle process. You will play a critical role in maximizing revenue collection, reducing denials, and improving overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the daily activities of the RCM team, including medical coding, billing, claims submission, and accounts follow-up. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Days in AR, denial rates, and collection rates to ensure targets are met. Analyze denied claims, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions and re-submission strategies. Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, payer policies, and coding standards (e.g., ICD-10, CPT). Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members. Generate and present detailed reports on revenue cycle performance to management. Collaborate with other departments, including clinical and finance teams, to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in a Revenue Cycle Management role within the UAE healthcare system. At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity.

Arabic language proficiency is preferred.

In-depth knowledge of UAE health insurance processes and payer requirements (e.g., Daman, Thiqa, NAS). Strong technical skills in medical coding and billing practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Outstanding leadership and interpersonal communication abilities. Proficiency in healthcare management software and MS Office applications.
