Job Description
We are expanding our Diagnostics division in Dubai and seeking an experienced
RCM Executive
to join our team. The role will manage the end-to-end revenue cycle -- from patient registration and billing to claims submission, denial management, collections, and reconciliation -- ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely cash flow.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit claims through e-claim/DHA portals. Review coding (ICD-10, CPT, LOINC) and ensure compliance with payer guidelines. Follow up on pending claims, resolve rejections/denials, and reconcile collections. Generate reports and support continuous improvement in RCM processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Healthcare/related field. 3-5 years' UAE experience in Revenue Cycle Management, preferably in diagnostics or healthcare. Strong knowledge of insurance processes and DHA e-claim systems. Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with LIS/ERP systems is a plus.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
