Une chaine hoteliere basee a Casablanca recherche un(e) Receptionniste. Vous serez en contact direct avec les clients, garantirez un accueil de qualite et veillerez au respect des standards de l'hotel.
POSTULEZ UNIQUEMENT SI vous avez :
- Bon niveau d'anglais, d'arabe et de francais
- Minimum 1 an d'experience en Front Office (niveau junior)
Responsabilites principales
Accueillir chaleureusement les clients en respectant les standards de la marque
Assurer un check-in / check-out efficace dans les delais standards
Preparer les factures et gerer les paiements avec precision
Gerer les walk-ins et optimiser l'attribution des chambres
Maximiser les opportunites de revenus via l'upselling
Coordonner avec les autres departements pour un suivi optimal
Gerer les reclamations clients avec professionnalisme
Contribuer a la strategie globale de l'hotel et a l'amelioration continue
Qualifications & Competences
Experience confirmee en tant que Receptionniste (hotellerie souhaitee)
Maitrise de Microsoft Windows et applications similaires
Diplome universitaire dans un domaine lie : un atout
Bonnes competences linguistiques
Excellentes aptitudes en communication, organisation et resolution de problemes
Capacite a travailler efficacement en equipe
Sens du service client

About the Role
A hotel chain based in Casablanca, is looking for a
Receptionist
. You'll be facing guests, ensuring high quality standards, welcoming.

At least 1 yr. Junior Front Office experience
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly while adhering to the hotel's brand standards
Ensure efficient guest check-in and check-out within the average stay time
Prepare invoices and manage payments accurately
Handle walk-in reservations and optimize room allocation
Maximize revenue opportunities through effective upselling
Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth guest follow-up
Respond to and manage guest complaints with professionalism and empathy
Support the hotel's overall strategy and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience as a
Receptionist
(hospitality experience preferred)
Proficiency in
Microsoft Windows
and related applications;

university degree
