Job Description

Manage all accounting transactions
Prepare budget forecasts
Publish financial statements in timely and accurate manner
Publish financial statements as per ADX reporting requirements
Ensure compliance with all ADX filing requirements.
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank payments
Support in computation and preparation of UAE VAT returns
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Report on the company\xe2\x80\x99s financial health and liquidity
Manager quarterly audit of financial statements including publishing audited reports and ensuring ADX Financial reporting related compliance requirements
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Review and analyze Sub Ledger, and General Ledger accounts for reconciliation of recorded accounting transactions on assigned accounts.
Preparing financial information detailing balance sheet, profit & loss statement and Cashflow.
Review, track and maintain fixed assets register.
Manage the preparation of MIS and monthly quarterly and annual financial statements, and the compilation of backup schedule files for internal and external reviews.

Required Skills financial planning, analysis, financial modeling, feasibility

Job Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 4-6+ years of post qualification progressively responsible experience for a major company. \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have worked for a UAE-listed company \xe2\x80\xa2 IFRS exposure would be mandatory

Qualification \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in finance or accounting \xe2\x80\xa2 Chartered Accountant/CPA/CMA/ACCA fully completed only
