Position Purpose

Purpose
: This position is responsible to assists the management to maintain and monitor rank orderliness and driver compliance.
Job Summary:
The incumbent goal is to monitor, organize & assist rank users i.e., drivers & customers and reporting to direct supervisors.

Administration & Operations
Provide support to rank marshals and drivers, ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues promptly
Assist in maintaining quality standards and protocols at taxi ranks
Collaborate with teams to improve customer experience and service delivery
Help with data collection, reporting, and documentation related to rank operations
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Business Relations Coordinator to support quality and rank activities
Conducts random inspections on taxis (General quality standards in the rank)
Ensure that there is sufficient number of taxis in relation to peak hours in the assigned area
Reports observation on field immediately pertaining to driver behavior & vehicle condition/cleanliness
Provide assistance to drivers & customers in taxi ranks

Work Experience (e.g., Number of years and field / role)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as customer service, transportation, or quality assurance
Certificates & Trainings Diploma/certificate is an advantage
