Department Overview:
Jetex specializes in providing luxury hospitality services to clients. The department offers a wide range of services, including event management, catering, and customer handling. Jetex works with clients to create bespoke experiences that cater to their specific needs and preferences.
Job Purpose:
The Ramp Assistant is responsible for carrying out ramp operations, ensuring the safe and timely handling of passenger luggage, accurate logging of flight information and prompt response to service requests.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Receive and handle passenger luggage and ensure that the tags are checked
• Log in flight information accurately and efficiently
• Provide water service to the aircraft as needed
• Respond promptly to request from the crew captain or other flight crew members
• Adhere to the documented procedures of the organizationA
• Other duties assigned by Line Manager

Requirements: Qualification

• High School Level Education

Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in aviation and ramp operations

Skillset

• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Mechanical knowledge of aircrafts and ramp equipment
• UAE driver s licenseA
