About the Role

We are seeking skilled and experienced

Solar Ramming Operators

to join our growing solar energy projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will operate piling/ramming machines for the installation of solar panel structures, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency in execution.

Key Responsibilities

Operate hydraulic piling/ramming machines to install solar mounting structures. Read and interpret site layouts, drawings, and project specifications. Ensure accurate positioning, alignment, and depth of piles according to project requirements. Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment. Collaborate with site engineers, supervisors, and other team members. Adhere to company safety policies and UAE health & safety regulations at all times. Report daily progress and any equipment or operational issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

Proven experience as a ramming/piling machine operator, preferably in solar projects. Valid operator license/certification (if required by UAE regulations). Strong understanding of safety protocols and operational standards. Ability to work in outdoor environments and adapt to site conditions. Good communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus). Physically fit and able to work long shifts if required.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in large-scale solar farm installations. Familiarity with different types of ramming/piling equipment. Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment.
