Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s products and services.
Building lasting relationships with clients and making sure to offer best possible service.
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
Following up with clients and call back wherever required.
Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the team leads.
Adaptability and accountability.
Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them google sheets.
Requirements:
Good communication and basic typing skills
Ability to work with others in a close manner.
Fluency in multiple languages may be desired.
