To coordinate and guide the operation of diagnostic imaging services for the business unit with the aim of optimising patient safety and experience KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Manage stakeholder relationships critical to drive diagnostic imaging services and to position the department for growth

Drive the development and implementation of standardised modality procedure protocols for dosing and positioning across the business unit

Manage and monitor the daily operational activities of the team and department

Coordinate and support centralised radiology resourcing for the business unit

Drive the implementation of quality assurance, governance and regulatory compliance for diagnostic imaging services REQUIRED EDUCATION

A Bachelor's degree in Radiography or Medical/Diagnostic Imaging or a Diploma (3 year duration) in Radiology REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

At least 5 years' post qualification experience in Radiology with a minimum of 2 years' management experience REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Computer Literacy (Mircosoft)
• Verbal and written communication skills in English
• Project and change management
• FANR and JCI accreditation standards
• Quality Management
