Job Description

Radiography Technologist, also known as a Radiologic Technologist, specializes in capturing diagnostic images using X-rays, CT scans, and other imaging technologies. They play a vital role in assisting physicians by providing clear and accurate images for diagnosis and treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures as per physician's instructions. Position patients correctly to obtain optimal imaging results. Ensure patient safety by minimizing radiation exposure. Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment regularly. Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures. Document patient information and imaging results accurately. Collaborate with medical staff to interpret imaging results. Adhere to health and safety regulations in imaging procedures.

Skill & Experience

Proficiency in operating diagnostic imaging equipment. Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology. Ability to position patients effectively for imaging procedures. Knowledge of radiation safety and protection protocols. Excellent communication skills with patients and medical staff. Attention to detail in documenting and interpreting imaging results.
