Job description and Key Responsibilities

Perform X-ray imaging procedures on patients according to prescribed protocols. Prepare and position patients correctly to ensure optimal imaging results. Operate X-ray and related radiographic equipment safely and efficiently. Assess images for quality and clarity; retake images as necessary. Ability to work with patients of all ages and medical conditions. Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols strictly. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Operations and Compliance

Co-ordinate with Dubai Health and Dubai Health Authority as an when needed including Audits and inspections Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures. Ensure compliance with radiation protection and safety standards. Educate and reassure patients about the imaging process to reduce anxiety. Assist radiologists and other medical staff in imaging procedures. Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment regularly. Follow infection control and hygiene protocols. Keep up to date with advancements in radiographic techniques and technology. Coordinate with Admin Team to arrange timely AMC of the X-ray Machine as per Dubai Health policies. Participate in continuing education and training sessions. Closely work with the Operations Supervisor and Medical Director Adhere to the Dubai Health and DHA environment, health, and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines.

Technical & System Handling

Operate X-ray and related radiographic equipment safely and efficiently. Operate PC Systems connected to X-ray in an efficient manner. Troubleshoot minor technical issues and report system downtimes or malfunctions promptly.

Teamwork & Professional Development

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance job knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualification

Diploma, Associate Degree, or bachelor's degree in radiologic technology or medical Imaging. Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license to practice as a Radiographer. Proven experience as an X-ray Radiographer. Knowledge of radiation safety and protection guidelines. Proficiency in operating digital and analog X-ray equipment. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

Minimum 2 Years of experience preferably in the UAE.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
