Job Summary: Looking for experienced and talented Female Radiographer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Job Key Details:

• Assess patients and their clinical requirements to determine appropriate radiographic techniques
• Conduct routine radiography
• Preserve departmental standards by following policy and procedure guidelines
• Responsible for operating X-ray Machine, CT Scan and MRI
• Perform a range of radiographic examinations on patients to produce high-quality images
• Observe and maintain contact with patients during their waiting, examination and post-examination stay in the department
• Assist in more complex radiological examinations working with radiologists and doctors and surgeons;
• Provide support and reassurance to patients taking into account their physical and psychological needs
• Record imaging identification and patient documentation quickly and accurately and observing protocols to ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act and patient confidentiality
• Supervise assistant practitioners, students and other staff and delivering appropriate education as well as training
• Understand and observe health and safety at work and welfare issues including ionizing radiation regulations to protect yourself and others
• Ensure the equipment is regularly checked for malfunctions and any faults are reported.

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The ideal candidate for Radiographer must have relevant qualifications for this role
• Suitably qualified candidates should have experience with MRI, CT SCAN, X-RAY
• The jobholder should have a good understanding of compliance and cross infection control.
• Should be patient friendly
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to explain procedures to patients
• Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
• The right candidate should have IT knowledge
