Crew/supply boat coordination upon receipt of check list from respective PIC. Update daily boat log sheets and distribute to concerned coordinators.
Update cargo operations as known to concerned parties especially during OFFICE HOURS/HOLIDAYS/ABSENCE of PIC.
Arrange crew/personnel transportation as per request of PIC. Priority to use own transport.
Update vessel requirements/movements to boarding representatives, facilitate timely attendance on-board.
Maintain list of tanker vessel calls by using AIS live & other sources available twice a day. Preferably noon & midnight.
Take proactive and effective measures to reduce operational errors and miscommunication.
Assistance by monitoring communications and covering operation, especially during after office hours, holiday and during interim absence of PIC.
