The Role: We are looking for Radar Architect with extensive experience in design to join our product development team in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the radar technology roadmap in coordination with Product Manager
- Radar conceptual design responsible.
- Maintain the vision on the technology state of the art aligning with stake holders the application to design and development activities.
- Technical mentor for the radar team in terms of application of latest technologies.
- Point of contact for the business development team on the development of newer radar architectures or technical proposals.
- Upon delegation, holder of the product design authority.
- Customer requirements assessment and analysis owner.
- Experienced Radar Systems Engineer with Relevant Education, MSc. preferably Ph.D. in Computer, Electronics & Electrical Engineering
- 5+ Years of Experience on Radar Development in the defense and/or commercial industries.
- 3+ Years of experience as a Technical Liaison with customers.
- Experience with Radar Architectural Design culminating in a product baseline
- Experience of Radar Digital Signal Processing and Data Processing for current trends and future possibilities
- Experience of Radar Hardware Design especially with regards to limitations
- Experience with requirements management (IBM DOORS or equivalent)
- Experience with systems modeling design (IBM Rhapsody or equivalent)
- Experience with Systems modelling in Python/MATLAB/ Julia
- Technical Leadership and effective communication key.
- Creative Problem solving and technical decision making.
- Analysis, problem solving and trouble shooting.
- Interpretation, critical think assessment and breakdown of requirements.
- Specifications, design diagrams, and descriptions as well as reports.
- Support to business development, marketing and sales on technical requests.
- Support internally to team to ensure that project team builds the system right – i.e., function as a System Design Authority
