ob Description - Skilled Pipeline Engineer

Reports To: Construction Manager

Role Purpose:

Provide engineering and technical expertise in pipeline construction, ensuring safe, quality, and

timely execution as per project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and support planning updates.

Interpret pipeline drawings including alignment sheets, crossing details, and procedures.

Coordinate with Construction Manager, QC, HSE, and Planning teams for smooth

execution.

Monitor pipeline stringing, fit-up, welding, NDT, FJC, lowering, and pre-commissioning

activities.

Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.

Support troubleshooting and client/third-party inspections.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

5-10 years of pipeline construction experience (oil & gas).

Skilled in DPR preparation, drawing interpretation, and team coordination.

Strong knowledge of HSE and quality requirements.

* Strong knowledge of ASME B31.8
