We are seeking an experienced
Turnaround (TA) Planner
with expertise in Petrochemical/Oil & Gas projects. The candidate will be responsible for comprehensive planning, scheduling, and coordination of turnaround activities in close collaboration with the Client.Qualifications:
Diploma in Engineering. 6-8 years of overall experience. Minimum 5 years of Turnaround (TA) Planning experience in Petrochemical/Oil & Gas plants. Proficient in
MS Project
andPrimavera
. Experienced inSAP PM module
operations. Fully fluent in English.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain the
plan and schedule of the turnaround
in coordination with Qatar Energy. Update schedules andidentify potential problem areas
to ensure timely execution. Generatedaily status reports
for submission to Client. Consolidate allmeasurement sheets, variation sheets
, and related documentation. Obtain approvals from Client forvariation sheets, additional job forms
, and other relevant documents on a daily basis to ensure seamless workflow. Maintain detailed records, includingmanpower histograms, TA records, NCR copies, pre-inspection checklists, and IPFs
. Provide anyadditional data
as requested by Qatar Energy. * Prepare alldeliverables required under the Planning Team
