Position: STORE SUPERVISOR -

P&M (Multiple Functions: Mainly negotiate prices with respective suppliers, credit terms, continuously adding new venders) and regular Store task.

Overview:

The P&M Store Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining adequate


numbers of consumable spare parts and maintain optimum stock level based


on monthly consumption., negotiate prices with respective suppliers, credit


terms, continuously adding new venders.


This role ensures the availability of parts for heavy equipment, vehicles, and


machinery, while maintaining accurate stock records, minimizing downtime,


and supporting efficient P&M operations.

Pre-requisite qualifications:

Must have a Minimum 5-7 years in storekeeping/inventory


management, preferably in automobile, construction, oil & gas, or


heavy equipment industries.


Familiarity with all type of equipment's, Light Vehicle, heavy Vehicle,


heavy equipment (Pick-up, buses, tankers, trucks, Excavators, Dozers,


Loaders, Cranes, etc.) and their spare parts.


Must have a knowledge of inventory control systems (ERP) & IT (MS


office suite).

Purpose and scope:

Maintain, track, and control stock levels for all P&M-related spare parts,


lubricants, tires, tools, and consumables.


Collaborate with procurement, workshop, to ensure timely sourcing,


delivery, Negotiate suppliers, source new spare parts vendors,


and issuance of parts and materials.


Provide continuous support to P&M workshops and field teams by


ensuring required items are available to minimize equipment


downtime.


Ensure safe storage, handling, and documentation of materials in line


with company policies and HSE standards.


Oversee store personnel, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and


the store area is maintained in an organized and secure manner.


Maintain proper records of stock movement, generate reports for


management, and support audits and inspections as required.

Primary functions:

Receive instructions from and report to the respective department


manager.


Manage day-to-day operations of the P&M store, including receiving,


storing, and issuing spare parts, tools, and consumables.
