Primary functions:




Performs the functions of operating a variety of Mobile

Cranes.


Understands and follows all safety rules and use proper

procedures associated with the responsibilities of the job.


Use the equipment in safe manner for the functions which had

been prepared and determined by the direct superior.


Performs safety inspection of crane, wire rope, hooks, slings

and rigging as required. Daily maintenance of the crane


including completion of daily check list.


Daily maintenance of the crane including completion of daily

check list.


Operation of various types of cranes, All Terrain Cranes up to

300 Tons and Rough Terrain Cranes up to 80 Tons.


Performing other related duties such as changing a wheel,

assisting a fitter, assisting in loading or unloading operations.


Participate in rigging operations and ascertain that rigging

equipment is in safe working condition.




Qualifications/Experience:




Should be minimum High School / Secondary School Passed

Must hold crane operator driving licence (Qatari).



Qualify to drive mobile cranes and other equipment.

Overall 5 years of field experience is required, including one

year experience in Qatar (GCC is preferred).


TPI Certified for Crane Above 50 Ton till 300 Ton



Specific skills and knowledge:




Must have a background in cranes, rigging study, must read

load charts, SLI System, new technology in cranes.


Must familiar with Liebherr, Tadano, Grove, Demag,



Terex, Sany, etc.




Operator must be able to show proof of past history of

operating.


* Speak read and write in English.
