9)Hands on experience on Maintenance Management System. SAP would be preferred.
10)Familiarity with most commonly used international codes and standards.
11)Should be capable of supervising contractor manpower during project execution where required.
12)Should be a computer literate and capable of working independently with Microsoft Office.

Education & Qualifications (
for Reliability Technician with major in instrumentation
)
Required:3-year Diploma in instrumentation/Electronics Engineering Technology from a Recognized Institution
Experience:
Required-3-5 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in the
Petrochemical / Oil and Gas Industry.
Preferred: Experience in Petrochemicals and/or Oil &Gas Industries in a senior tech position.
Other job Specific Requirements and /or Vocational Accreditations
1)Hands on experience in provision of Maintenance support for field instrumentation and related system of a large-scale process plant.
2) Good experience on electronic field instrumentation such as SMART transmitters (Field Bus, 4-20m A, HART), control valves, vibration transducers, on-line analysers, custody flow metering system, PLCs etc.
3) Complete understanding of P&IDs, instrument loop drawings, data sheets, JBs layouts with excellent trouble shooting skills.
4) Well versed with hazardous Area classification and selection of instruments.
5) Capable of developing ITPM plans and Job instructions in the assigned areas
