About the Role - Abu Dhabi
Quiz Room Abu Dhabi is looking for a friendly and reliable
Quiz Master / Game Operator
to support daily operations and ensure a smooth experience for our guests. This role is mainly focused onwelcoming customers, setting up the game, and monitoring sessions.
You will prepare the game rooms, configure quiz sessions based on the group, and assist customers before and during their experience.
Main Responsibilities
Welcome players and ensure their comfort for an outstanding customer experience
Explain the game rules and formats enthusiastically and answer players' questions
Host and animate corporate groups and private events
Handle customer requests remotely (emails, calls, quotations - B2B and B2C)
Encourage and obtain
5-star reviews
on Tripadvisor and GoogleHelp grow the centre's revenue by promoting and selling branded products
