Job Purpose
To perform fast and routine vehicle maintenance services efficiently while ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Perform quick services such as oil changes, filter replacement, tyre rotation, and basic inspections
Check and top up fluids (engine oil, coolant, brake fluid, washer fluid)
Inspect brakes, tyres, battery, lights, and belts for basic wear and tear
Use basic diagnostic tools for initial fault identification
Follow standard service checklists and SOPs
Complete job cards and service records accurately
Ensure fast turnaround time without compromising service quality
Maintain cleanliness of service bay, tools, and equipment
Follow health, safety, and environmental standards
Required Skills & Competencies
Basic automotive technical knowledge
Speed and accuracy in routine service tasks
Attention to detail
Time management
Teamwork and communication skills
Qualifications & Experience
ITI / Certificate in Automobile Mechanics or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in quick service or express service role
Valid driving license (preferred)
