The ideal candidate will have experience in technology sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Responsibilities
Identify and target potential customers in sectors such as retail, healthcare, banking, and government services.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations showcasing the benefits of queue management systems.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned targets.
Maintain a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals effectively.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop sales materials and campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in customer flow management.
Provide customer feedback to product development for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within technology or SaaS solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand and explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
Experience in selling to industries with high customer traffic is an advantage.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
