Position: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Doha- Qatar

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role (GCC experience preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing BOQs, processing subcontractor invoices, and generating project-related financial reports. Strong skills in AutoCAD and MS Excel are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate BOQs from IFC drawings and specifications

- Use AutoCAD to extract and verify quantities

- Develop the monthly IPA (Interim Payment Application) in coordination with the site team

- Create and process subcontractor invoices in line with actual progress

- Prepare weekly and monthly cost and progress reports

- Support procurement and budgeting teams with accurate quantity and cost data

- Monitor and control project costs against budgets

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

- Minimum 3 years of QS experience in construction projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel

- Strong analytical and numerical skills

- Knowledge of construction contracts and project documentation

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

- Valid QID (for local applicants)
