Overview:

Responsible for managing all costs related to construction projects from the initial estimation to the final figures, ensuring value for money while maintaining the required standards and quality.

Responsibilities:

Price and forecast the cost of different materials required for the project Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities (BOQ), and other necessary documentation Track design or construction changes and adjust budget projections accordingly Procure or agree on the services of contractors and/or subcontractors involved in the project Measure and value work completed on-site Prepare and review bills submitted by subcontractors Select and/or source construction materials and send quotations to vendors Prepare purchase orders and project-related reports
What we're looking for:

Proven experience as a

Quantity Surveyor

in Qatar Strong knowledge of

local market rates, suppliers, and regulations

Valid Qatar Driving License
