Quantity Surveyor Landscape
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage budgets, cost plans, and rate build-ups for landscape works.
Monitor project costs and provide regular cost variance reports.
Identify, evaluate, and manage variations and claims in coordination with the project team.
Analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations for landscape materials and services.
Assist in preparing tender documents and bills of quantities (BOQ).
Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
Conduct quantity take-offs and re-measurements for softscape and hardscape elements.
Prepare and process payment applications (advance, interim, final) in line with contract terms.
Evaluate and certify subcontractor payment applications.
Liaise with site engineers and landscape architects to ensure accurate scope execution.
Track progress and ensure alignment with budget and schedule.
Support the commercial team in final account preparation and close-out.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum8- 10 years of experience, should have experience in landscaping projects.
* Strong knowledge of landscape materials, construction techniques, and market rates.
